SomCity (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the SomCity mobile application and website at https://somcity.so. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

- Account details: name, phone number, and login information when you register or sign in
- Profile information: photo and other details you choose to add
- Order and shopping data: cart items, wishlist, orders, delivery details, and payment-related information needed to complete purchases
- Device and usage data: device type, app version, and basic analytics about how you use the app
- Support messages: information you send to us (e.g. info@somcity.so)
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To process orders, deliveries, and customer support
- To improve the SomCity app and services
- To send important service messages (e.g. order status / OTP)
- To keep the app secure and prevent fraud

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Children’s privacy
SomCity is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of SomCity after changes means you accept the updated policy.
