Delete account

How to request account deletion

1. Email info@somcity.so from the phone/email linked to your account
2. Subject: Delete SomCity account
3. Include your registered phone number (e.g. 618404215)

Or in the SomCity app:

Profile → Delete account → confirm

What we delete

• Account profile (name, phone, photo)
• Login/session data
• Wishlist and cart data
• Order history linked to your account (or anonymised if required for records)

What we may keep temporarily

Order/payment records required by law (kept only as long as legally required, then removed or anonymised)
